Jenna Fischtrom Beacom is a longtime deaf activist and advocate, who has a special interest in deaf representation in the media. She is also a sensitivity reader who has worked with all of the major publishers as well as several movie studios, video game creators, and more. She holds a bachelor’s in English with an emphasis on creative writing and Master’s degree in Deaf Education, and lives in Columbus, Ohio. She is represented by Marcy Posner of Folio Literary and is completing revisions on a young adult novel called SIGNS & PORTENTS.
